Hazards 36

We’ll be hosting an event in central Manchester on 16th November, the night before Hazards 36 is under way.

This year’s theme will be “Learning to learn: accelerating individual and organisational competence for next-generation process safety.”

Venue: Townhouse Hotel, Manchester

Date and time: Monday 16th November 2026|4:30 – 7:00pm

Most organisations will naturally learn from experience when something goes wrong. It takes a conscious effort to make sure what has been learned shapes future decisions and becomes embedded in how the organisation works.

On the evening before Hazards 36, we’re hosting an event exploring why the same problems can resurface despite investigations and reviews.

Our panel will consider how individual insight becomes shared organisational knowledge, and what leaders can do to turn experience into lasting change.

Those attending will be invited to join the discussion and bring perspectives from their own sectors, before continuing the conversation over drinks and light refreshments.

Attendance is free. You can secure your spot using this link.
