In this independent talk, John Campbell (Rolls-Royce plc) recaps the Haddon-Cave Independent Review as we approach 12 years since its publication and 15 years since the incident. John will remind us of the circumstances of the event, the inquiry and the key findings. What were the lessons? Have they been applied? Did it make a difference? The talk will be followed by an opportunity for questions.
